We-Right Factory™ provides content, SEO, and digital marketing solutions developed and managed by Serphot Media Group OÜ.
Our work includes but is not limited to writing, editing, publishing, and optimizing digital content across multiple industries.
Cooperation terms, deliverables, and timelines for client projects are defined in separate written agreements or invoices issued by Serphot Media Group OÜ.
7. Payments and Invoicing
All payments are processed by Serphot Media Group OÜ, registered in Estonia (Reg. No. 17221337, VAT EE102852169).
Unless otherwise stated, invoices are issued in EUR or USD, with payment methods including bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT) or Stripe.
Work on paid services begins only after confirmed receipt of payment.
8. Refunds and Disputes
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The service was not delivered according to agreed specifications.
- The delay in delivery exceeds 10 calendar days beyond the agreed deadline.
Requests should be sent to [email protected].
Each request is reviewed individually and may result in either:
- A service credit for future use, or
- A partial refund for undelivered work.
Refunds are not available for services already completed as agreed.
9. Third-Party Content and Links
Our Site may contain external links or embedded third-party content.
Serphot Media Group OÜ and We-Right Factory™ are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external websites.
Visiting third-party websites is at your own risk, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
